Victory Park Residences — a premium residential complex in Dorogomilovo, adjacent to Victory Park. The architectural concept was developed by SERGEY SKURATOV ARCHITECTS, creating an ensemble based on the gradual transformation of facades — from denser and more austere urban architecture to open, transparent surfaces facing the park.

The project's material palette is based on the combination of natural copper, North Caucasus dolomite and glass. On the urban side, stone predominates, forming a more collected and monumental appearance, while in the inner facades and second-line buildings, copper plays the key role. Panoramic glazing gradually intensifies as you move toward the park area, making the architecture visually lighter. Natural copper itself gives the facades a special depth and living character. Metal panels form pylons, bay windows, balconies and inter-floor elements, creating a complex relief and emphasizing the movement of architectural volumes. For the project, an individual facade system was developed with minimal joints and carefully worked-out details. An important feature of copper is its natural change over time. The initially lighter surface, closer in tone to brass, gradually darkens under the influence of the environment, becoming deeper and more velvety. Thus, the facade continues to change even after construction is completed, and the metal literally captures the passage of time. The contrast of warm copper, light natural stone and transparent glass creates a multi-layered architecture that reveals itself differently from the urban and park sides. In Victory Park Residences, metal becomes part of the overall idea of transformation — from a dense material envelope to lighter and more open architecture facing the park's greenery.
