PRIDE is a premium-class residential quarter on Polkovaya Street, near Maryna Roshcha in Moscow, developed by Pioneer Group. The architectural concept was created by APEX bureau, drawing from the industrial past of the district and its established urban environment.

The complex's appearance is built on a combination of strict geometry, deep openings and expressive materials. The facade cladding of one section features metal in a noble copper shade, which adds depth to the architecture and makes the volume visually warmer.

The color is especially striking in the evening, first from the setting sun and then from architectural lighting designed by L1 Group. The lighting emphasizes the facade rhythm and enhances the metal effect, making the copper tone an important part of the complex's nighttime appearance.

Here, metal works not merely as a decorative accent, but as a full-fledged architectural tool — it connects color, light and facade plasticity into a unified composition.
