A large-scale residential complex near Kozhukhovskiy Zaton in Moscow, which Level Group is developing in three phases. The project comprises 14 buildings.

The architectural concept was developed by the SPICH bureau. One of the key motifs is the connection with water. It manifests not literally, but through the plasticity of the buildings: smooth, wave-like contours of tall structures create a sense of movement and contrast with the stricter geometry of the extended volumes of the complex.

This dynamic is also supported by the facade material. The cladding uses aluminium cassette panels S.Con in several metallic shades — golden, copper, and silver tones. Different tones work as parts of a unified composition, emphasizing the curves and articulation of the volumes.

This is especially noticeable in interaction with light. Depending on the time of day and viewing angle, the metal appears different: certain areas become brighter, others recede into a deeper tone, and the facade surface gains additional depth.
