«1st Tisinskiy» is an intimate residential project in Moscow, whose architecture is built on the combination of dark brick, large-scale glazing, and expressive golden aluminium.
The metal gains exceptional depth through application of a three-layer coating. Thanks to the multi-layer structure, the color does not appear flat: it responds differently to natural light, shifting in saturation and character depending on time of day and viewing angle.
In sunlight, the golden shade becomes brighter and more luminous, while in shadow it appears deep and restrained. Through this effect, the metal functions as an independent architectural material, emphasizing the vertical rhythm of the facade and enhancing the plasticity of volumes.
It is precisely the rich golden aluminium that becomes one of the key features of the project, creating an expressive facade image that transforms together with light.
