Sydney Prime Residential Complex

Sydney Prime — a premium-class residential building on the first line of the Moscow River, part of the Sydney City quarter. The architectural design was developed by Artel Architects. The project creates a more intimate scale within a large residential quarter and is based on a combination of expressive geometry, deep window reveals, and carefully selected facade materials.
The facade composition combines warm-toned clinker brick, light mineral surfaces, and classic S.Brass brass. Metal elements are particularly prominent in the inter-storey bands and crowning details, linking individual volumes and adding depth and richer expression to the architecture.
The brass here functions not as a separate decorative accent but as part of the overall facade composition. In combination with clinker brick and light surfaces, it creates a complex material palette that reveals itself differently in natural light. In shadow, the facade appears more calm and graphic, while in bright sunlight, the metal surfaces become warmer and more expressive.
The project was awarded the international architecture prize "Golden Trezzini" in the category "Best Completed Residential or Mixed-Use Complex" project.
