Regis Hills is an intimate residential complex in Almaty, located in the green Remizovka district. The architectural concept was developed by INK Architects, combining contemporary minimalism and neoclassical elements.

The complex's architecture is built on a combination of clean geometry, panoramic glazing and expressive materials. Clinker brick, natural stone and aluminium are used in the facade finishing, giving the buildings a complex yet restrained texture.

Metal plays a special role in the composition. Standing seam surfaces, aluminium facade elements and perforated details of entrance groups emphasize the rhythm of volumes, add depth to the architecture and reveal themselves differently in natural light.

The combination of metal, stone and clinker creates a calm and unified architectural image that organically interacts with the surrounding landscape and emphasizes the intimate character of Regis Hills.
