Dostyq 300 is a premium-class low-rise residential complex in Almaty's Medeu District, located in close proximity to mountain landscapes. The architecture of the project is built on an intimate scale, clean proportions and a combination of natural and high-tech materials.

The foundation of the facade composition is formed by light natural stone, which gives the buildings a calm and monumental character. Against its background, aluminium elements work with particular precision — they emphasize the geometry of window openings, balconies and individual parts of the facade, adding a more contemporary character to the architecture.

Metal here is used sparingly and does not compete with stone. The smooth surface of aluminium creates contrast with the natural texture of the cladding, and in natural light reflects the surrounding light and makes the facades visually lighter.

Large window openings and glass railings strengthen the connection of living spaces with the surrounding landscape. Because of this, the dense stone volumes become more open, and aluminium and glass form a subtle graphic layer against the background of light architecture.

As a result, Dostyq 300 is perceived as a calm and integral residential ensemble, where natural stone sets the main materiality, and aluminium emphasizes details, rhythm and precision of contemporary architecture.
