Residential Complex "CITY BAY"

City Bay — a large-scale residential complex in the prestigious Pokrovskoe-Streshnyevo district of Moscow, developed by MR Group. The project combines two unique architectural quarters created by leading bureaus in the country.
The Atlantic quarter was designed by the SPEECH collective under the direction of Sergey Choban. Three elegant glass towers are positioned diagonally to the Moskva River channel and connected by single-storey galleries with usable roofs, forming a dynamic and cohesive ensemble. The facades are finished with lightweight aluminium panels, emphasising the modern appearance of the complex.
The North quarter was created by Kleinewelt Architekten and includes 12 buildings, among them — true architectural feats: ultra-thin skyscrapers, one of which is only 9 metres wide. Their facades are clad with anodised aluminium, giving the buildings a noble lustre and high-tech character.
Together, these quarters form a new urban environment — harmonious, contemporary and oriented towards a high standard of living.
