Moments Residential Complex is a business-class residential complex in Moscow, whose architectural image is built on a combination of strict geometry, deep window openings and expressive vertical plasticity of the facades.
The cladding uses cassettes of pre-painted aluminium alloy EN 5754 with a thickness of 1.5 mm. Metal elements form a clear vertical rhythm and emphasise the depth of the facade, changing its perception depending on viewing angle and lighting.
A complex metallic effect with a silver base and soft golden shimmer gives special expressiveness to the surface. Under different lighting, the facade can appear cooler and more restrained or, conversely, acquire warm radiance.
The contrast between metallic facades and transparent glazing of the plinth section visually lightens the lower level of the building, while vertical elements of the upper floors enhance the slenderness of the volumes.
