CSKA Metro Station of the Moscow Metropolitan Railway — a station on the Big Circle Line, opened in 2018. The project was developed by Metrohypotrans, with the architectural concept directly linked to the Central Army Sports Club. The station's primary colours are red and blue — CSKA's signature colours, which run through platform design, navigation and decorative elements.

One of the key interior materials is aluminium. Three-layer wall and ceiling panels based on aluminium honeycomb core are used on the platform and in the vestibules, allowing the formation of large even surfaces while serving as the foundation for graphic design.

Metal panels function as a calm architectural background for saturated colour and sports themes. Large-format graphics are placed on their surface, making aluminium not just cladding but a full-fledged carrier of the station's visual identity.

In the vestibules, metal slat ceiling systems continue the metal theme. The rhythm of thin elements emphasizes passenger flow direction, while reflected light adds depth to the surface and visually lightens the space.

Sculptures of athletes dedicated to various CSKA sports play a special role in the interior. Against the backdrop of laconic metal surfaces, they become the main spatial accents and reinforce the connection between the station's architecture and the club's sports heritage.

As a result, CSKA is perceived as a unified thematic interior, where aluminium, light, saturated colour and monumental art work together. Metal forms the contemporary technological foundation of the space, while the red and blue graphics give the station a distinctive character.
