Church in Rossosh — a Russian Orthodox Church project, where a complex dome composition holds particular architectural significance. The roofing elements form the temple's silhouette and require especially precise work with the material due to curved geometry, tight radii, and numerous junctions.

The key material for the project became pre-painted aluminium. The metal was used for the domes and roofing elements, where plasticity, low weight, and coating resistance to atmospheric exposure are equally important.

A special role is played by the golden metallic surface. On the complex dome geometry, it actively interacts with light: in direct sunlight it becomes brighter and more radiant, while in diffuse lighting it acquires a calmer and deeper tone.

Aluminium allows precise repetition of the dome forms and creates a seamless covering without a sense of heaviness. Thanks to this, the metal functions not only as a technical solution, but also as an important part of the church's artistic image.

As a result, the roofing solution emphasises the verticality and solemnity of the architecture. Golden aluminium enhances the dome plasticity, makes the silhouette more expressive, and supports the traditional symbolism of gold colour in Orthodox architecture.
