Club House 44
1/ 9
Club House 44 — an intimate residential project in Almaty, created as a private urban building with a limited number of residences. The architecture was developed by Nurlan Kamitov / INK Architects, emphasizing strict geometry, expressive proportions and refined facade materiality.
Aluminium plays a key role in the building's appearance. The ventilated facade is clad with aluminium cassette panels that form clean planes and emphasize the rhythm of the volume. The metal is complemented by natural stone elements and large curtain walls, creating a facade built on the contrast of smooth, reflective and denser textures.
Golden metallic accents add depth to the architecture and make the strict geometry visually warmer. Under natural light, the aluminium changes in saturation and surface character, emphasizing individual facets of the building and creating a more complex play of light and shadow.
As a result, the architecture of Club House 44 remains restrained yet expressive: aluminium, natural stone and glass work as a unified system, forming a contemporary and prestigious image without excessive decoration.
