In MOD, natural copper and brass become part of an architecture that will evolve over time. The metal responds to light, gradually acquiring a more complex surface and bringing the facades of the club houses to life with tactile qualities against the strict geometry of the high-rise towers.

ORDYNKA is built on the contrast between old Moscow and contemporary architecture. Metal elements are particularly expressive on the interior facades, emphasizing their angular geometry and creating a deeper, more plastic layer against the backdrop of stone, concrete, and historic brick.
